My second set of wheels from Wheelhut. Exactly what I was looking for in terms of price and performance for a set of training/rough road hoops. Arrived perfectly packaged, I loved the detail of the spare spokes, good rim tape. The rear hub is excellent, great pick up and nice and quiet. Top marks.
For the price these wheels are amazing value for money. And the delivery was super quick ..would fully recommend wheel hut to anyone..and would not hesitate in using wheel hut again...
Fit perfectly on my Halfords Indi ATB, the wide cassette hub allowed to me to use a Shimano Deore 1x10 setup (stock wheel had a 6spd freewheel, so it saved me from re-lacing it with a new hub) while still using the stock tyre and brakes. The bearings roll really nicely too which is nice when going downhill. Solid, reliable wheel, Can't ask for much more!
To be fair they helped me a lot with tech chat, which is open late and I got a great product cheap
I was rather sceptical on purchasing these wheels at this price point but I was pleasantly surprised. The dispatching was very quick and the wheel quality was as good if not better than the o.e wheels they replaced. I have covered over six hundred miles and at present they seam true and the bearings good. The only slight problem I have is the stickers on the wheels keep lifting around one edge but I can always remove them. At this moment in time I am very happy with the wheels only time will tell how long they will stand up to the uk weather and potholes.

Bought these as a like-for-like swap for the factory fit Alexrims on my Merida Crossway 20MD Hybrid as the bearings were on the way out and it seemed uneconomical to pay to get some more fitted to 10 year old rims when these new complete wheels are about the same cost. They arrived quickly and swapping them over was straightforward if you already have a cassette removal tool. I've only been out on them once so far, but they work well, appear to be true and the bearings seem very smooth. The supplied rim tape also appears to be of good quality. They're not very light though - about the same as the Alexrims that came off... but they're at least as good as you'd expect at this price point.
